Privacy

Daniel Bauer does not not use any tracking methods and does not use google analytics services or similar, nor have we installed specialized wordpress plugins to track user behavior.

To have access to the images that are restricted to adult viewers, users must register with a username and an e-mail address. This data is saved in our database of our this wordpress application that is located on our server in Switzerland.

Acquisition of personal data

Daniel Bauer does not use any automated techniques to obtain personal information about you.

Daniel Bauer only knows and stores personal data of you, which you have transmitted yourself by e-mail, by filling out a web form, with an order, or by registering on this website or for membership of one of our offers on third party sites (e.g. Patreon.com).

If the opportunity for the input of personal or business data (email addresses, name, addresses etc.) is given, the input of these data takes place voluntarily.

User profile

We use the plugin “Ultimate Member” to handle access rights and user data. The data you enter or upload is stored in our website’s database indefinitely. You can delete your user profile at any time.

You can set your user profile so that other users can see it. By default your user profile is set to private. Please check your account page to set your preferred settings and your user profile if you want to create a visible page that also allows to see your comments.

Forms

Everything you enter in forms on this website is stored in out wordpress database indefinitely.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Your comments may not include insults, invitation to violence or harming persons or groups, derogatory comments about our models or other persons and groups, data that reveals the identity of other persons or groups, phone-numers, e-mail adresses or links. Please refrain from political discussions on our website.

We reserve the right to remove any comment for any reson we find appropriate without notice. We may set your ability to comment under “monitored” or remove your ability to comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. Mostr media that you upload will be visible to other users (registered or not).

You may only upload media to the website of which you own the rights to publish this media. Be especially careful to asure you of the rights of other persons visible in this media and only upload media with their explicit consent.

You may not upload meida that depicts persons under the age of 18 years or looking/acting/playing like persons under the age of 18.

E-Mail correspondence with us can be saved indefinitively on our webserver, in the database of our wordpress, at the e-mail accounts we have with our provider and/or on the personal computers of Daniel Bauer.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Marketing, Emails

We do not send spam.
